How does member pricing work?
Every product has two prices — a retail price and a member price. Once you join, you automatically see and pay the lower member price on everything, every time. No codes, no hoops. Just make sure you’re signed in.
What about shipping?
Members get free shipping on orders over $55. Without a membership it’s free over $75. Below your threshold it’s a flat $8.95 either way. Full detail on our shipping page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your membership any time from your account — it’s handled through Stripe’s secure billing portal. You keep member pricing until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What’s the difference between Monthly and Annual?
Nothing except how often you’re billed. It is the same membership with the same pricing and the same perks either way — annual just works out cheaper per month because you pay for the year up front.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial, but at $6.99/mo the membership usually pays for itself on your first order.
What if a product I want isn’t in the catalog?
Tell us — we don’t decide what goes on our shelves, our members do. If enough members request the same product, we’ll source it.
